1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the 88jb website accessible at https://88jb.io, including all associated pages, features, games, and services offered therein.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "88jb" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means the operator of the Platform and the legal entity responsible for the services described herein.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player to access the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total monetary value of bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which the use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 88jb Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during continued use:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 88jb maintains a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the 88jb Platform or any affiliated network.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 88jb or any affiliated game provider or software supplier.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

3 Account Registration

To access the real-money features of the 88jb Platform, you must create a single registered Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your Account:

• Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. 88jb relies on the information provided at registration for identity verification, payment processing, and fraud prevention purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person.
• You must notify 88jb support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 88jb will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to notify us promptly.
• 88jb reserves the right to close or suspend any Account that has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to such closure, 88jb will make reasonable efforts to notify the Player at the registered contact information. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's last-used payment method subject to standard verification checks.

4 Deposits & Payments

88jb accepts deposits denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following terms govern all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a current promotional offer.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the depositing Account suspended pending investigation.
• 88jb does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply transaction fees at their discretion. 88jb is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
• Deposit transactions are typically credited to your 88jb Balance within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. In cases of technical delay, credits may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not reflected after 30 minutes, contact 88jb support with your transaction reference number.
• 88jb reserves the right to impose individual deposit limits on any Account at any time for responsible gaming or fraud-prevention purposes.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money funds from your 88jb Balance are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and will be communicated within the Account dashboard.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 88jb Account holder. 88jb will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Prior to processing any withdrawal, 88jb may require the Player to complete full identity verification (KYC). This may include submission of a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence, alongside recent proof of address.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn. The portion of a Balance attributable to unsettled Bonus Funds will be clearly indicated within the Account dashboard.
• 88jb targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified Accounts using bKash or Nagad. Actual processing times may vary due to payment provider processing schedules, network conditions, or additional security checks triggered by transaction size or account activity patterns.
• 88jb reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or bonus abuse. In such cases, the Player will be informed and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

88jb offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. 88jb reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion, including restricting offers to Players who have not previously claimed a similar promotion.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if not claimed within the stated validity period, and any associated wagering progress will be forfeited at expiry.
• Free bet credits, where offered, are non-cashable and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only net winnings derived from free bets, after applicable wagering requirements, may be withdrawn.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, account multiplication, or coordinated abuse — is considered bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as possible permanent Account closure.
• 88jb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of systemic abuse or where continued operation of the promotion would be financially or reputationally damaging.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the 88jb Platform across all sports, casino, and other wagering products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 88jb does not permit cancellation or amendment of a placed bet except where specifically provided for by the applicable game or market rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may change without notice based on market conditions, event status, or Account-level risk management.
• 88jb reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a palpable error, including incorrect odds caused by a technical fault, human input error, or data feed failure. Where bets are voided, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Balance.
• For live or in-play betting markets, odds and availability are subject to change in real time. Acceptance of a bet at a specific price is not guaranteed until the bet is confirmed by the system. 88jb operates a "best price" policy where a bet submitted at an incorrect price will be accepted at the corrected price or rejected, at the system's discretion.
• Winnings are calculated based on the confirmed odds at the time of bet acceptance and will be credited to the Player's Balance upon settlement of the relevant event or game round.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the records maintained by 88jb's system shall be the primary reference point. Players may raise a formal dispute via the support team within 30 days of the relevant settlement date.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88jb Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud, identity theft, or use of stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise proceeds of illegal activity.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on insider knowledge of a fixed sporting outcome.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool designed to obtain an unfair advantage over the house or other Players.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts, whether in the same name or using different identifying information.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method of obfuscating your true geographic location.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account to another individual.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, market, or tournament.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the technical operation of the Platform, its servers, or its game software.

9 Responsible Gaming

88jb is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following tools are available to all registered Players via the Account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications after a set period of play and optionally end your session automatically.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from gambling activity for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration of the chosen exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88jb Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, written content, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of 88jb or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 88jb.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88jb shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account information due to technical failure.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
• Errors in game outcomes attributable to third-party software providers, where 88jb has acted in good faith.

88jb's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the date of the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is the lesser.

12 Privacy

88jb collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

88jb will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers strictly for the purposes of payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

13 Termination

88jb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or dishonest conduct.
• The Player is found to be under the minimum age of 21.
• Continued operation of the Account poses an unacceptable risk to 88jb, other Players, or third parties.
• The Player requests voluntary Account closure.

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance (after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds and any amounts under investigation) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of all required verification checks.

14 Amendments

88jb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 88jb will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or registered email address. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of an updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate Account closure.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 88jb Platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the Platform's operating entity.

Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
